Five Years Together

Sigh. Today is our fifth wedding anniversary.

Sometimes I'm glad that God in charge of things around here. If I had tried to plan out our lives, it would have probably turned out horrible. But, today, here we are blessed with each other, a roof over our heads, good jobs, and a beautiful, absolutely perfect baby girl. Oh, and love, lots and lots of love.

The three of us celebrated by hanging out all day. We wanted to spend some time with Lizzie and both of us were kind of worn out from all our previous birthday celebrating. So we milled about the house and played with the baby (I also beat Shawn in a game of Clue).

It was a lovely day. Almost as nice as our wedding day (and much less stressful).
