The Liz Update

Liz did not have the ear tubes surgery yesterday because we were still afraid that her cough might not have gone away completely. So we are rescheduled again for next week. On the plus side, she saw the doctor again on Saturday and the good news is that she turned out not to have pneumonia. The bad news is she does have some issues with asthma, so we'll have to monitor that. The doctor said a lot of kids outgrow asthma, so we're hoping it won't be an issue her whole life.

For the last two weeks we've been trying to get her healthy by staying home and not going out anywhere where germs might be lurking. It seems to be working, but I know she misses getting out of the house and she must be getting horribly bored of us by now!

Here's hoping she will be back to normal by next week!
