A Lazy Sunday… Complete with Yardwork

Shawn and I did some work in the backyard today. The flowerbeds needed to be cleaned out pretty badly and our bushes also needed to be trimmed. I snapped some pictures of us to prove that we actually do work around here (well, let me rephrase that – to prove that I actually do some work around here).

I also put out some ceramic cat statues. We got these as a gift a while back (apparently because we give off a crazy-cat-people vibe to others). They’re sweet, but our cat, Bruce, seems perplexed by these newcomers.
